Establishment of nurseries and plant production: Have one public nursery per region for seed germination trials of local forest species selected for reforestation in the DRC. Each project site must also have a nursery that the forestry administration will set up as a demonstration for the benefit of village groups, schools, associations, and local NGOs. Private stakeholders will be able to establish their own nursery.
